Strengthening maritime resilience through collaboration, knowledge sharing and implementation.
Cyber security has become a strategic priority for the maritime industry. Increasing digitalisation, connected vessels, autonomous operations and stricter regulations require companies to strengthen both their cyber resilience and their competitiveness.
The Maritime Cyber Security Forum brings together experts from across the maritime value chain, including shipowners, shipyards, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, academia and public authorities. By connecting industry with leading research and regulatory developments, the forum helps companies prepare for an increasingly digital and interconnected maritime sector.
Each year, the forum arranges 2–3 seminars and workshops following two complementary tracks:
Robustness
Understanding the evolving cyber threat landscape.
Building resilient maritime operations and supply chains.
Sharing best practices, lessons learned and industry experiences.
Competitiveness
Supporting implementation of new regulations and standards.
Interpreting evolving cyber security requirements for the maritime industry.
Connecting academia, research projects and technology development with industrial needs.
Sharing practical tools and implementation experiences across the maritime value chain.
The forum provides a trusted arena for competence development, networking and knowledge exchange, ensuring that companies remain updated on emerging threats, regulatory developments and technological opportunities.
