Offers for you right in the startup phase
ÅKP provides the hoppid.no services, primarily offering business guidance for the municipalities of Hareid, Herøy, and Ulstein.
ÅKP also manages the municipalities' hoppid.no fund, which has been made available by Møre og Romsdal County Municipality. The Hoppid fund is a financial support scheme for early-stage entrepreneurs. The funds are to be used for smaller, yet crucial activities that help clarify profitability and market potential in a business idea, allowing entrepreneurs to have a better basis for assessing further investment. Support of up to 40,000 kroner can be granted per business idea.

ÅKP Summit
The ÅKP Summit is the meeting place for leaders who turn insights into results. The ÅKP Summit is an annual gathering for leaders who wish to develop as leaders, learn more, and learn from others. In inspiring surroundings, the Summit offers both a breather, learning, thought-provoking reflections, problem-solving, and networking.
Young leaders

Competence broker
Help to find the right competence environment
The competence broker scheme is a free service for companies that want to start with research and development activities (R&D) and need help to find the right expertise or research partner. ÅKP assists in connecting companies with relevant environments and experts, in collaboration with the Research Council and Møre og Romsdal county municipality.
The competence brokers can act as advisors in innovation and R&D projects, serve as a link between the company and the research environment, and help structure projects and find the right tools in the public support system. ÅKP's competence brokers are Håvar Risnes and Robert Voldnes. They offer non-binding conversations, preferably on-site at the company – free of charge and with confidentiality.
EU advisor
Jan Børre Rydningen is an EU advisor in the ÅKP system, a role that works across the entire organization, including the clusters and Norwegian Catapult Digital. The function aims to lower the threshold for navigating European research and innovation pathways.
In this role, Jan Børre helps companies and clusters identify relevant EU calls, connect good project ideas with the right environments and consortia, both nationally and internationally, and make strategic choices before entering challenging EU pathways. The goal is to contribute to more businesses succeeding in the EU, as well as benefiting from European innovation funds and the results they can provide.
