Let's be honest: the energy transition faces great challenges.
The energy transition is marked by stagnation, conflict, and polarization, degradation of nature, violations of human rights, government crisis, 95% higher investments in oil and gas than in renewables, and almost no reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
The primary focus of the energy transition has been on technical solutions and the economy. But that is not enough: strategies and tools to create impact, mobilize people, and change outdated systems are also needed. How?
The strategy and competence program "Energy Transitioners" provides tools, insights, and networks to lead the green energy shift.

The program has a national focus, with a particular emphasis on Møre and Romsdal, among other things due to a significant power deficit in the region.
As a participant, you will receive:
Practical tools to work holistically and purposefully with energy transition in your organization or sector.
Methods for leadership, project design, and communication that engage and unleash the potential in your own work and the collaborations you are part of.
A values-driven approach that creates real changes in outdated systems and norms – and accelerates the results you desire.
A focused and practiced approach to your chosen project throughout the program and the year.
The program is conducted in two physical gatherings, each lasting three days. Between the gatherings, you will meet a coach and learning partners weekly in a digital meeting for experience and insight exchange. After completing the program, you can participate in the Energy Transitioners' resource network.

First gathering: February 3-5, 2026
Second gathering: March 10-12, 2026
Both gatherings will take place at Campus Kristiansund.

Limited number of spots at reduced price for small and medium-sized enterprises: 20,000 NOK.
