ÅKP Touchbase Sustainability 2025

The Sustainability Forum is founded on the principle that we get better by sharing experiences with others. In the forum, those responsible for sustainability from companies in the region meet, along with others who are curious about various aspects of the topic, for regular gatherings and professional discussions. Relevant expertise on the topics that participants wish to learn more about is also brought in. 

In 2024, the forum has highlighted topics such as the EU taxonomy, reporting requirements, tools for sustainable business modeling, double materiality analysis, social sustainability, and climate accounting. We have learned and been inspired by each other. Together with the clusters in ÅKP, the networking forum 3 was successfully conducted as a professional day on June 6.   

ÅKP Touchbase Sustainability is carried out as a collaboration between ADVISO Law Firm and ÅKP. ADVISO's legal expertise combined with ÅKP's network and tools creates a robust platform for the forum.

Katrine Vestbøstad, project manager at NCE Blue Legasea adds: - This jungle of terms and requirements that Karina mentions is important for us to talk about to clarify and demystify. Touchbase Sustainability is intended to be the forum where all questions can be asked, experiences shared, and we can highlight examples of what has been done – and thus become even better together.  

Sustainability work requires broad involvement from resource personnel across a company; including management, business development, finance, reporting, and product development. We want more from each company to participate in the forum and facilitate that by allowing a company that registers to send up to three of its employees to each forum.  

The networking forums for fall 2025 are set up:

09.03 Networking Forum 4 

In this forum, we will look at the framework related to green claims and green marketing. We will explore how businesses communicate environmental claims in their marketing, and what requirements are placed on documentation, verifiability, and clarity.

10.23 Networking Forum 5 

The theme for networking forum 5 is the voluntary reporting standard (VSME). There will be an introduction and group discussions related to this standard which has been developed to make it easier for smaller businesses to report sustainability information in a structured, comparable, and verifiable manner.   

11.19 Networking Forum 6 

The theme for this year's final networking forum (forum 6) is green organizational changes. We will focus on the structural and cultural changes necessary for sustainability to become an integrated part of the business's strategy and operations. We will look closer at how organizations can move from ambitions to action, and what measures actually have an effect.   

Participant fee of 9500,- per calendar year per company (Includes participation of 3 people) is continued in 2025. The price for participation during the year can be discussed.
