The goal of ÅKP StepUp is to begin the important work of clarifying your own ambitions and the opportunities for the company.
With its 10 cohorts and 89 companies, the program has received positive feedback from previous participants. The combination of physical gatherings with homework and follow-up between meetings and afterward is experienced as useful. The same feedback applies to the introduction and use of recognized methodologies and tools.

Price: Participant fee 17,000,- (ex. VAT) per company. Including refreshments.
The program has a market value of over NOK 70,000 and is supported by Sparebank1 SMN in collaboration with Møre og Romsdal County Municipality and SIVA.
